Salman Rushdie - Two years, eight months and twenty-eight nights

This time I got kind of pre-classic on my hands that was written 2015. Everyone remembers this author for having halal/kosher/imaam/fatwa or whatever shitfuckcrazilyreligious death threat cast upon him for writing book. A god damn book!

I listened to the Satanic Verses few years back and was surprised how.... different it was from what I expected. It was a kind of nicely written children's story with spirits and gods and whatnot. Not bad, actually pretty funny.

This is kind of the same. Guy gets messed up by a Djinni (genie) and starts to float. Very interesting references to Stories of the 1001 nights (see title!).

Reader is awesome and I love the detail in reading. Nice addition to the style.

Kuuntele itse!

Pisteet ja tiedot yläpuolella.
